A Great Portrait is a Great Memory. . . . .

I think a portrait session is fun, spontaneous, and can involve a range of emotions that cannot be planned.  Children are the masters of photographic creation.  They are unencumbered by rules, or what their “portrait” should look like.  For children < 4 – great images happen in a window of about 2-4 minutes.  I like to give them free reign where ever we are at.  I record, but not pose.  It is a fine line, but it is there if I give them enough space.  The real joy for me is the opportunity to photograph the child again, year after year.  Watching them grow, and building on our history is one of the true joys of being a photographer.

Photographing Families for me means putting together many mini-sessions.  The Whole Family, Mom and Dad (Grandparents) with their children.  Grandparents with the Grandchildren, Individual families, and of course, special requests.

To be considered to photograph your family is a big honor for me. As a parent of a large family myself – I understand that it is not easy to get everyone together, but the rewards of getting a great memory that best represents your Family is priceless. I hope to be considered for this honor any time you are ready!
We have many options for sessions.  Drop me a line at: craig@craiglarsen.com, you can also ring me at 425-885-5553.  I look forward to hearing from you!

Cheers,

Craig
